The present disclosure relates to a control system and a control method of an electric bicycle, and an electric bicycle including the same. The control system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is a control system for an electric bicycle providing a pedal feeling to a driver by providing a pedal load according to driving of a pedal motor, and includes a memory; and a processor configured to perform control using information stored in the memory such that a pedal load of a predetermined range is provided from the pedal motor even when a change is in a cargo weight obtained by adding a weight of the driver and a weight of a loaded object. The processor may be configured to estimate the cargo weight based on an output value of a driving motor providing a driving force for traveling of the electric bicycle and traveling data of the electric bicycle, generate a pedal torque command reflecting the cargo weight estimation value, and transmit the pedal torque command to the pedal motor. |
