Abstract
The parasol (100) has a sunshade (10) including a base (11) configured to slide along a mast (20) between a solar protection position and an object protection position. A blocking unit (30) is configured to allow blocking of the base with respect to the mast. An actuating unit (40) mechanically actuates the blocking unit. The actuating unit is shifted with respect to the base for permitting remote actuation of the blocking unit. The mast consists of an elongated element having a first end (E1) and second end (E2) to be embedded partially in a ground (S).
