Abstract

The invention relates to water-containing mixtures (M) comprising 1) 100 parts by weight of one or more liquid aminoalkyl-containing polyorganosiloxanes (P) comprising at least 80 mol% of units selected from units of the general formulae Ia, Ib, II and III €ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ R 1 2 SiO (4-a-b)/2 €ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ(Ia), €ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ R 1 a R 2 b SiO (4-a-b)/2 €ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ(Ib) €ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ R 3 3 SiO (1/2) €ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ(II) €ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ R 3 2 R 4 SiO (1/2) €ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ(III), where R 1 to R 4 , a and b are each as defined in Claim 1, wherein, in the polyorganosiloxanes (P), the average ratio of the sum of units of the general formulae Ia and Ib to the sum of units of the general formulae II and III is in the range from 0.5 to 500, the average ratio of units II to III being in the range from 1.86 to 100, and the polyorganosiloxanes (P) have an average amine number of at least 0.01 mequiv/g, 2) at least 1 part by weight of one or more silicone resins (S) defined in Claim 1, 3) protonating agent, 4) at least 10 parts by weight of water, and 5) at most 5 parts by weight of emulsifier.
