Abstract

The assembly (10) has a central element (11) engaged with an upper part (22) of a boot door (20) of a motor vehicle. Two lateral elements (16) are arranged in continuity of the central element, and are engaged with sides of the boot door. A fixation unit e.g. screw (18), nut or clip, assures fixation between the central element and the boot door, and the fixation between each lateral element and the boot door. A centering unit e.g. opening (14') or projecting part, cooperates with the boot door to position the assembly on the boot door in predetermined position. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a boot door for a motor vehicle, comprising a centering unit cooperated with a streamline assembly (2) a method for mounting a streamline assembly on a boot door of a motor vehicle.
