Abstract

A disclosed manufacturing method of a ceramic fired body includes making ceramic molded body by forming a composition of ceramic raw material containing water; drying the ceramic molded body by irradiating the ceramic molded body with a microwave under a depressurized atmosphere of 1 KPa or more and 50 kPa or less; and making the ceramic fired body by firing the ceramic molded body.
