Abstract

The device (100) has conveying units formed of openings (103), compartmentalizing member (130) and nozzles (170) for conveying central air streams (F120, F140) to a rotative member (140). The compartmentalizing member has exhaust orifices (137) for circulating the streams from a chamber (106) to an exhaust chamber (107). The orifices are distributed on sides (Yg, Yd) of the compartmentalizing member diametrically opposite on side of a central axis (X1). Spraying direction (Dp) of sprayed liquid stream (Fp) defines an ogive profile based on the rotative member and flattened on the sides.
