Abstract
The method involves transmitting a test signal (110) by antenna probe to a target, and receiving a set of waves scattered by the target through an array of antennas in response to the signal. A value representative of amplitude of the waves is measured based on radiofrequency wave transmission test frequencies. Privileged transmission frequency is selected (114) for each antenna based on the value. The radiofrequency wave is transmitted to the target by each antenna at the frequency with phase assuring coherent addition of radiofrequency waves emitted by antennas on the target. An independent claim is also included for a device for neutralizing a target, comprising an antenna probe.
