Abstract

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a solid oral dosage form, which comprises solifenacin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and excipient granules prepared from at least two pharmaceutical excipients. The use of excipient granules for the preparation of the pharmaceutical composition allows the adjustment of the composition's water content in the absence of the drug, which improves the stability of solifenacin against chemical degradation.
