Abstract
The kettle (1) has a locking device locking a removable lid (5) on a cylindrical container (3). The locking device comprises a control unit i.e. cylindrical push button (20), controlling a locking unit i.e. movable lock (12), arranged on the lid. The control unit is integrated in the lid when the locking unit is in a locking position in which the locking unit is gripped with other locking unit i.e. protrusion (11), arranged on the container. The control unit is projected above the lid to form a gripping unit when the former locking unit is in an unlocking position in which the lid is released. The control unit is provided with an external button (22) whose annular cylindrical upper part serves as the gripping unit.
