Abstract

The cover (2) has a frustum-shaped through-hole (1) connecting front and rear faces (2a, 2b) of the cover and receiving an electric contact (6), where the electric contact is made of conductive material e.g. metal or metal alloy. The through-hole comprises a convergent part and a divergent part that are connected by a connection neck. The convergent part converges from the front face till the connection neck. The divergent part diverges from the connection neck until the rear face. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for fabricating a cover (2) an electrical connector integrated system.
