Abstract
The installation has a filling system (3) comprising filling stations (24) for filling nitrogen oxide (NO) and nitrogen (N) gas into gas containers (25) i.e. steel or aluminum gas cylinders. A first gas line (11) fluidically connects a NO gas source (1) to the filling system. A second gas line (12) fluidically connects an N gas source (2) to the filling system. The NO gas source contains a gaseous premix of NO and N. Each gas line comprises mass flow meters (4, 5) connected to a control device (6) i.e. controller, via electrical lines (14, 15). An independent claim is also included for a method for packaging gaseous mixture into gas containers.
