Abstract

The filter holder (24) has a bearing surface (30) for the axial positioning of an air filter (22) in the filter holder. A blower opening (19) is connected at a distance to a blower (12) of a vehicle ventilation or air conditioning system (10) in an axial direction of the bearing surface. The bearing surface is provided in a radial edge area of a space receiving the air filter. A catch element (32) is arranged in an axial direction between the bearing surface and the blower opening to limit the movement of the air filter in the axial direction. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a filter assembly for a vehicle ventilation or air conditioning system; and (2) a vehicle ventilation or air conditioning system with filter chamber.
