Abstract

The device (1) has an energy storage unit (2) comprising a cylinder (3). A display unit (4) comprises an hour wheel (6) directly driven about a main pivot axis (AP) by a timer. A driving wheel (8) swivels around a secondary pivot axis (AS) external to the cylinder, where the driving wheel is directly or indirectly driven by the cylinder. The driving wheel is bound by friction to the timer at a friction surface (9) coaxial to the secondary pivot axis. The main pivot axis is arranged in secant with the cylinder. A movable carrying plate (10) comprises a dial side (11) and a wheel side (12). An independent claim is also included for a wheel module.
