Abstract

The method involves reading a voice component (20) of a voice message, and detecting (21) a concomitant user interaction upon reading of the component. A signal related to the detected interaction is sent (22), and a command of action to be carried out related to the component read from the message and to an item of information of a group of items of information associated with the message is received (23), where the action is selected by reading a synthesized voice stream stating the item of information, actions applicable to the component and opening of communication application. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for providing a voice message to a terminal of a recipient user (2) a device for consulting a received voice message (3) a device for providing a voice message to a terminal of a recipient user (4) a computer program comprising instructions to perform a method for consulting a received voice message (5) a computer program comprising instructions to perform a method for providing a voice message to a terminal of a recipient user.
