Abstract
The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or alleviating alcohol hangover, which comprises the Sophora flavescens extract as an active ingredient; a food composition for alleviating hangover, which comprises the Sophora flavescens extract; and a process for preparing the fractions of Sophora flavescens extracts, which are excellent in the activation of alcohol metabolism.
