Abstract
A substrate (1) includes a first lead frame (10), a second lead frame (20), and a resin layer (30). The first lead frame (10) includes a heat sink (12) and a plurality of electrodes (11) for external connection. The second lead frame (20) is laminated on the first lead frame (10) and includes a plurality of wirings (21-22; 25-26) for mounting light emitting elements (40). The resin layer (30) is filled between the first lead frame (10) and the second lead frame (20). The plurality of wirings (21-22; 25-26) are arranged above the heat sink (12).
