Abstract

A control device according to the present invention includes a first control unit (55) configured to control supply and stop of electric power from a power supply to a processing unit (10) that performs processing, a switching unit configured to switch to an electrical continuity state or an electrical discontinuity state between a power supply wire to which the electric power from the power supply is supplied and the first control unit (55), and a second control unit (57) configured to control, if the first control unit (55) stops power supply from the power supply to the processing unit (10), the switching unit so as to achieve the electrical discontinuity state and controls, if a return factor indicating a factor to return to the electrical continuity state is input in the electrical discontinuity state, the switching unit so as to make the electrical continuity state.
