Abstract
The invention relates to an apparatus for scattering particles for forming particle mats in a particle board production process, the apparatus having a source (1) for supplying particles to at least one roller array (7) for spreading the particles onto a mat conveyor (10), wherein an airflow for scattering the particles onto the at least one roller array (7) is provided above the uppermost roller array (7). Further, the invention relates to a method for scattering particles for forming particle mats in a particle board production process.
