Abstract

An injection molding machine includes: an injection apparatus including a nozzle to inject a resin to fill the resin into a mold; a moving mechanism configured to press the nozzle against the mold to generate a nozzle contact force; and a detection part configured to detect a resin pressure in the mold. The detection part detects the resin pressure by detecting a change in the nozzle contact force due to rising of an injection pressure of the resin.
