Abstract

At least two types of variable layers (212 through 215, 222 through 225, 232 through 235) and at least one type of fixed layer (211, 221, 231) are designated from among three or more types of layers (211 through 215, 221 through 225, 231 through 235). The same number of layer clusters (240e, 240f, 240g, 240s), which are made up of a plurality of pages, as the number of types of variable layers (212 through 215, 222 through 225, 232 through 235) are defined by adding the variable layers (212 through 215, 222 through 225, 232 through 235) to the designated at least one type of fixed layer (211, 221, 231).
