Abstract
An automatic transmission apparatus (90) has a clutch signal supplying unit (92) for supplying an actuation signal to a clutch actuator (60), a clutch position detecting unit (94) for detecting a position of a clutch (44), a shift signal supplying unit (97) for supplying an actuation signal to a shift actuator (70), a determining unit (96) for acquiring a position of the clutch (44) at the time at which a predetermined time has elapsed since the clutch signal supplying unit (92) has supplied the actuation signal and for determining the position of the clutch (44), and a shift signal prohibiting unit (98) for prohibiting the shift signal supplying unit (97) from supplying the actuation signal if the determining unit (96) determines that the position of the clutch (44) is equal to or less than a threshold value.
