Abstract

The appliance has a container (2) including a bottom (3), and a chimney (13) that extends upwardly from the bottom to an upper end (14). A frame supports the container and includes an electrical motor associated with a driving unit in rotation. A tool (10) emulsifies or mixes food, and is rotary around an axis (delta) inclined by an angle (alpha) relative to an upright position. A hollow skirt (17) comprises a blocking unit and/or a food preparation evacuation unit, which is located between the skirt and the chimney to prevent food preparation from reaching the upper end.
