Abstract

A method of determining a compensation code for an Input/Output (IO) cell of an integrated chip (IC) the method comprising: - obtaining a first elementary compensation code from a memory cell associated with the IC based, at least, on an information representative of Process, Voltage and Temperature (PVT) operating conditions of the IC; - measuring an output voltage of the I/O cell under the PVT operating conditions and determining a second elementary compensation code as a function of at least the measured output voltage; - measuring a temperature of the IC under the PVT operating conditions and determining a third elementary compensation code as a function of at least the measured temperature; and, - determining the compensation code as a function of at least the first elementary compensation code, the second elementary compensation code and the third elementary compensation code.
