Abstract

The arm has a main rod (2a) and a secondary rod (2b) comprising a negative lift surface profile whose cross-section is delimited by upper sides (25a, 25b), lower sides (26a, 26b), anterior edges (23a, 23b) referred to as a leading edge and posterior edges (24a, 24b) referred to as a trailing edge in air flow direction. The arm is positioned with respect to a vehicle surface to be wiped such that the lower sides of the cross-sections of the rods face toward the surface to be wiped so as to press the arm firmly against the surface to be wiped.
