Abstract

The method involves extracting code error values delivered in output of code discriminators, and comparing the extracted code error values (71) with a threshold value corresponding to an acceptable maximum error code value. A confidence index is assigned (72) to each navigation signal received on a reception channel, where the confidence index depends on the result of the comparison performed on code error values. Carrier phase error values delivered at output of the carrier phase discriminators are extracted. An independent claim is also included for a system for detecting anomaly on navigation signals.
