Abstract

The invention relates to vibrating equipment and a method of processing a material. The vibrating equipment (1) is provided with a vibrating body (3) supported on a frame (2). The vibrating body is vibrated by means of at least one first vibrating device (V1) whereby a vibrating deck of the vibrating body moves in a vertical direction (y) and in a machine direction (x). The vibrating equipment additionally comprises at least one second vibrating device (V2) which is arranged to vibrate the vibrating deck in a lateral direction (z). Further, a method of processing a material is disclosed.
