Abstract

A seat stand that enables an increase in the efficiency of an assembly operation for an operating apparatus including arranging of a connection line and a working machine including the seat stand are provided. A seat stand 20 includes a seat support section 41 including an installation plate portion 23b having an upper surface on which a seat 11 is provided and an left control box support section 42L extending from a seat support section 41 to the left side of the seat 11 and supporting a left control box 12L. The left control box support section 42L includes an extension portion 23a extending sideward from the installation plate portion 23b and including an upper surface on which the left control box 12L is supported. A arranging space 43 is provided under the extension portion 23a in such a manner that a connection line 38 extending from the left control box 12L supported on the extension portion 23a is arranged through the arranging space 43. A cutout portion 27, formed in the extension portion 23a, penetrates the extension portion 23a in a vertical direction and is open sideward.
