Abstract
A bogie beam sensor (200) may include a bracket (210) and a target arm (230) pivotably coupled to the bracket (210). The bracket (210) may be coupled to a bogie beam (140). A sensor (250,252) may be coupled to the bracket (210), and a target (240,242) may be coupled to the target arm (230). A drive link (220) may be coupled to the target arm (230) and a piston (130). In response to the bogie beam (140) pivoting with respect to the piston (130), the drive link (220) may cause the target arm (230) to rotate with respect to the bogie beam (140). The sensor (250,252) may detect movement of the target (240,242) on the target arm (230), and an angular position of the bogie beam (140) may be determined based on the position of the target (240,242).
