Abstract

Determination is made as to a method of providing data of a first apparatus 11 and a second apparatus 12. A first apparatus 11 and a second apparatus 12 are connected via a first data communications channel 21, the first apparatus 11 inquires with the second apparatus 12 about whether a first data can be transmitted, in a case where the transmission is approved by the second apparatus 12, transmits the data to the second apparatus 12, and in a case where the transmission is not approved by the second apparatus 12, receives data from the second apparatus 12 and outputs the data together with its own data to a storage medium 24, and the second apparatus 12 determines that a data is transmitted from the first apparatus 11 on the basis of a condition pertaining to a second data communications channel 22, and upon having determined to approve the transmission from the first apparatus 11, receives the data from the first apparatus 11 and transmits the data together with its own data to a server 14 via the second data communications channel 22, and upon having determined not to approve the transmission from the first apparatus 11, transmits its own data to the first apparatus 11.
