Abstract

The invention relates to a vehicle steering arrangement (SA) comprising a steering wheel (2) and a torque transmitting steering column arrangement (1) arranged to connect the steering wheel (2) with the front wheels (3) of a vehicle. The steering arrangement (SA) comprises at least a first steering column part (1 a) connected to said steering wheel (2) and a second steering column part (1b) connected to the front wheels (3), wherein said first and second steering column part (1a, 1 b) are connected to each other by a decoupling device (10) adapted to decouple said first and second steering column parts (1a, 1 b) from each other when an accident is detected so that said second steering column part (1 b) is possible to rotate in relation to said first column part (1 a). The invention also relates to a vehicle comprising said steering arrangement (SA).
