Abstract

Composite compound structural component as semi-finished element for subsequent processing to a construction element for application particularly in the aerospace sector. Said semi-finished element comprises at least two separate subpreforms (12, 13, 14) each at least essentially two-dimensional and each assembled of plies of fiber material, particularly of plies of carbon fibers and at least one at least essentially two-dimensional connecting element (6, 15) of preactivated fiber semi-finished products cut to final dimension and connecting the at least two essentially two-dimensional separate subpreforms (12, 13, 14) to a stable semi-finished element. Amethod of producing said composite compound structural component is also disclosed.
