Abstract

A seal for a spherical bearing (300) includes an annular body (410) having a serpentine cross section. The annular body extends between a first end (402) and a second end (404) thereof. The second end is positioned radially inward from the first end. The serpentine cross section is defined by two or more rings positioned concentrically around a longitudinal axis of the annular body. Adjacent rings are flexibly joined by a resilient hinge. The annular body is extendable between a folded position and an extended position. The annular body defines one or more anchor features configured to prevent the annular body from dislodging from the spherical bearing.
