Abstract

IMPLEMENT FOR REAPING AND WINDROWING VARIOUS CULTIVATIONS, having a tubular structure (1), shaped as a lying down "U", supported by frontal wheels (6A and 6B), with means for the assembling of all the sets of the implement, starting with openers (7) integrated with vertical cutting sets (8) assembled in front of each front wheel (6A), in which the opener sets (7) are responsible for opening way and separating the plants to be reaped or that are out of the machines width limit, while the vertical cutting devices trim the branches that could eventually cause a blockage, trimming the plant vertically; a gathering and lifting set (9) that extends for the entire width of the implement between the front wheels (6A), being responsible for selecting a lane of plants corresponding to the width of the machine and bringing it inward and upward at the same time as the reaping; a floating reaping set (11) also assembled through the whole width of the machine just after the front wheels (6A) and the gathering and lifting set (9), forming a transversal cutting line kept over the soil where the plants are cut and then brought backwards to the windrowing set (12).
