Abstract

A generator system may include redundant control. The generator system may include any combination of redundant controllers (100a,100b), redundant communication paths, or other redundant control. A generator system may include an electrical bus (11), a first generator controller (100a), and the second generator controller (100b). The first generator controller (100a) may control a first generator breaker (13a) for connecting a first generator (101a) to the electrical bus (11) and configured to control an external breaker (12) for selectively connecting the electrical bus (11) to an external source (u). The second generator controller (101b) may control a second generator breaker (13b) for connecting a second generator (101b) to the common bus (11) and configured to control the external breaker (12) for selectively connecting the electrical bus (11) to the external source (u).
