Abstract

A wind turbine power generating apparatus includes a nacelle including a plurality of unit panels (20a, 20b) and a fastening bolt (30) for connecting the plurality of unit panels with one another. Each of the plurality of unit panels includes: a panel portion (21a, 21b) which forms at least a part of an outer surface of the nacelle; a flange portion (22a, 22b) disposed over an entire periphery of an outer peripheral edge of the panel portion, the flange portion including a bolt hole (23a, 23b) through which the fastening bolt (30) for connecting each of the plurality of unit panels to adjacent one of the plurality of unit panels is to be inserted; and a sealing portion (25a, 25b) disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the flange portion over an entire periphery.
