Abstract

A transmission system for transmitting power generated by an engine (2) of a vehicle comprises: - an input shaft (8) connectable to the engine (2), the input shaft (8) extending along a first axis (A1); - an output shaft (15; 215) extending along a second axis (A2), the second axis (A2) being different from the first axis (A1); - a power device (6; 106; 206; 306) coaxial with one axis selected from the first axis (A1) and the second axis (A2); - a planetary gear train (4) coaxial with one axis selected from the first axis (A1) and the second axis (A2); - a clutch (13) located on one axis selected from the first axis (A1) and the second axis (A2).
