Abstract
A circuit element (100) includes a semiconductor chip (112) and a wire (122) for connecting between the semiconductor chip (112) and an additional circuit element. A plurality of wire bond connections (125) electrically connect the wire (122) and the semiconductor chip (112). The plurality of wire bond connections (125) can be disposed on a surface of the semiconductor chip (112) and on a surface of the wire (122).
