Abstract
The invention relates to a sealing system for sealing between a first component (10) and a second component (15) wherein at least one or either the first component (10) or the second component (15) is a rotating component (10). The first component (10) has a circumferential groove (40) in which a sealing segment (20) has first (21) and fifth (25) end portions adjacent the groove and second (22), third (23) and fourth (24) portions that form a U shape that mirrors the shape of and extends into the circumferential groove (40).
