Abstract

Provided is a liquid crystal display device including a first metal layer (121), a first insulating layer (112), a second metal layer (123), a second insulating layer (115), and a third metal layer (125) deposited in sequence on a substrate (110). The first insulating layer and the second insulating layer include a one-hole bridge contact portion (CNT1) for exposing a part of the first metal layer and a part of the second metal layer at one time. The third metal layer is realized to be in contact with the first metal layer and the second metal layer through the one-hole bridge contact portion.
