Abstract

According to one embodiment, an electronic apparatus has an established wireless connection with a first apparatus. The electronic apparatus includes a capacitor (26, 28) charged by a commercial power source, a first transmitter (412) configured to transmit information related to a power failure to the first apparatus when detecting the power failure, and a second transmitter (422) configured to establish a wireless connection with a wirelessly-unconnected second apparatus when detecting the power failure and to transmit the information related to the power failure to the second apparatus. The first and second transmitters are configured to be driven by a charge of the capacitor during the power failure.
