Abstract

An upper contact 15 includes a straight section L1 extending from a contacting portion 15A to a bending portion 15D in a fitting direction, and in the straight section L1, a press-fitted portion 15B press-fitted into a press-fitting hole 12E in the housing body 12A, an exposed portion 15C exposed outside the housing 12 and extending in the fitting direction, and a press-fitting shoulder portion 15G formed on the border between the exposed portion 15C and the bending portion 15D are sequentially arranged. The housing 12 includes a resin wall 12F extending throughout an entire length of the exposed portion 15C in the fitting direction and facing a side surface of the exposed portion 15C via an air layer, and an overhanging portion 12G connected to the resin wall 12F and overhanging the exposed portion 15C throughout the entire length of the exposed portion 15C.
