Abstract

A power supply apparatus includes a resonant circuit (1) that determines a resonant frequency, a drive unit (2) that drives the resonant circuit (1), and a switching controller (3) that causes the resonant frequency to switch between a first resonant frequency and a second resonant frequency. The first resonant frequency is higher than a frequency of a drive signal of the drive unit (2) and the second resonant frequency is lower than the frequency of the drive signal.
