Abstract

The invention concerns an elevator guide rail bracket (10) for securing a guide rail section (21) to a base via a counterpart (15), the guide rail bracket (10) comprising a face (11), a pair of fixed claws (13, 14) arranged into the face (11), and a fastening part (12) with fastening elements (120, 121). The claws (13, 14) form a claw coupling with the guide rail section (21). The claw coupling has a fitting position and a retaining position. The guide rail bracket (10) is attached to the guide rail section (21) by fitting the guide rail section (21) between the claws (13, 14) and turning the guide rail bracket (10) from the fitting position to the retaining position.
