Abstract

An agricultural vehicle (10) includes a chassis (12); a threshing and separating assembly (24) carried by the chassis (12); and a cleaning system (26) carried by the chassis (12) and configured to receive crop material that has passed through the threshing and separating assembly (24). The cleaning system (26) includes a pan (46) configured to receive crop material from the threshing and separating assembly (24) on a pan surface (72) and to shake in a fore-to-aft direction (78); and at least one sieve (48) located below the pan (46) and including a sieve surface (86) configured to receive crop material from the pan (46). The vehicle (10) is characterized by the at least one sieve (48) being configured to shake in fore-to-aft (78) and lateral (90) directions and at least one divider (80, 88, 104) associated with and extending at least 3 centimeters above the pan surface (72) and/or the sieve surface (86).
