Abstract
Provided is a vacuum insulation panel that facilitates incorporation of a gas adsorbent from which a gas has been sufficiently desorbed and that has excellent capability of keeping the inside vacuum. A vacuum insulation panel (1) includes a core material (3) that contains inorganic fibers as a main component, a gas adsorbent (4), and an outer covering material (2) that contains a resin material in which the core material (3) and the gas adsorbent (4) are accommodated, the inside of the outer covering material (2) being vacuum. The gas adsorbent (4) is a material capable of desorbing a gas at a temperature of 400 °C or more. The vacuum insulation panel (1) further includes an insulation material (5) that is configured to cover the gas adsorbent (4), is separated from the core material (3), contains inorganic fibers as a main component, and has a heat resistant temperature of 400 °C or more. The gas adsorbent (4) is arranged on an outer periphery of the core material (3) as a gas adsorption pack (6) in which the gas adsorbent (4) is covered with the insulation material (5).
