Abstract

A security system for preventing cyberattacks in a system comprising a plurality of computer devices, the security system comprising at least one control device comprising: means (112) for authenticating a user trying to physically access a zone comprising a plurality of computer devices; means for inserting (111) a data storage device; means for authenticating said data storage device and for verifying and cleaning its content; means for, if the data storage device carried by said user is a private data storage device, providing (113) a corporate data storage device, wherein said provided corporate data storage device comprises a copy of the verified and cleaned content originally stored in said private data storage device. The system also comprises a software agent (20) installed in at least one of the computer devices, said software agent (20) being configured: for detecting if a data storage device inserted into a port of said computer device is a private one or a corporate one; for, in the event of a private one, denying the data storage device access to that computer device; and for, in the event of a corporate one, checking if its content has been verified by a control device and, in the event it has, decrypting the content of said data storage device, thus permitting said computer device to read or run said content. An adapter (30) for providing a physical interface between an external data storage device (61) and a computer device (43, 44) while isolating said computer device (43, 44) from said external data storage device (61).
