Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a telecommunication method for monitoring with a handheld battery powered mobile end user telecommunication device (104) a telecommunication process on a digital telecommunication system (100) using a telecommunication process monitoring server (108), the telecommunication process monitoring server (108) being connectable with the mobile end user telecommunication device (104) via a mobile wireless cellular digital telecommunication network (106), the telecommunication process monitoring server (108) further being connectable with a real-time database (110), the mobile end user telecommunication device (104) comprising a processor, a display device and a memory, wherein the mobile end user telecommunication device (104) executes a mobile application, the mobile application comprising instructions stored in the memory that, when executed on the processor, cause the processor to display on the display device a graphical user interface configured for presenting one or more telecommunication progress indicators providing one or more performance measurements of the telecommunication process.
