Abstract
Cooking system including a kitchen utensil and a cooking hob, wherein such utensil is provided with one or more sensors arranged at the handle of the utensil. The sensors are selected in the group of acceleration sensors (12a), gyroscopic sensors (12b) and inclination sensors. The cooking appliance is provided with a control unit configured to receive data from such sensors and to elaborate information on how the utensil is used, and to control the cooking appliance accordingly.
