Abstract

A communication apparatus includes a first communicator (30) configured to receive signals of a plurality of standards containing a first network signal as a transmitted and received signal for a network, a second communicator (40) configured to receive a second network signal as a transmitted and received signal for the network, a selector (50) configured to select one of the first and second network signals, and a controller (140) configured to control the first and second communicators and the selector. The first communicator includes a first confirmer (34) configured to confirm a reception of the first network signal among the signals of the plurality of standards for the first communicator, and a first operation mode setter (36) configured to set an operation mode to the first communicator.
