Abstract

[Problem] In a windshield device for a saddle-ride type vehicle, the windshield device is designed to be of a movable type and to be downsized. [Solution] In a windshield device for a saddle-ride type vehicle equipped with a windscreen 80 which is provided to be adjustable in height and slant about an upper shaft 88 arranged to be directed in a vehicle width direction, the windscreen 80 is mounted through a link member 82 extending from the upper shaft 88, and the link member 82 is switched between a movable state and a fixed state upon taking in and out a gear 130 in the vehicle width direction, the gear 130 being provided on the upper shaft 88 and fixing the link member 82.
